Strategic Planning/Sales Growth: Developed and implemented focused 5-year strategic plan including a detailed sales and marketing transformation programme. Order intake increased by 15%, pipeline opportunities increased by 20%. Measured results by implementing a new KPI system.

Instigated QDIP board to improve communications, boost morale and improve customer service. Introduced and implemented sales best practices improving win rate by up to 15%. Negotiated long term contract with a major OEM company value £2m, secured new RFQ value £20m.
New Product/Channel Development process: Developed and implemented a new channel development process for new / existing markets resulting in incremental sales of £800k for a leading provider of testing equipment. Developed new NPD toll gate process and implemented a new product road map toll gate process. Successfully launched 3 new products.
