Profile

Ian’s skill, as one of his clients has put it, is “making the complex simple”, to which Ian would add “managing ambiguity”. He helps Boards and Leaders arrive at an objective, factual assessment of where their organisations are, where they need to be, and the steps needed to get there.  Ian is practiced at research, validating the facts and listening to develop a firm foundation to enable decisions, the call to action and delivery. He is adept at facilitation and his careful preparation ensures that it is robust and relevant and that the process remains authentic.

Ian also undertakes 1:1 coaching and mentoring. His experience is derived from an eclectic background as a CEO, senior manager and consultant, creating and delivering strategy, change and project management at the operational and strategic levels. Click here for LinkedIn profile.
