What’s more, we appoint an independent Quality Director to every project we undertake. Responsible for reviewing our work with you, it’s one of the many ways we strive to continually improve and maintain our quality offering. Finally, to give you complete peace of mind, we hold £10 million of public liability insurance as well as £2 million professional indemnity and £10 million employer’s liability cover. Having gained our Investors in People accreditation in 2000 we continue to strive for excellence in everything we do – from the way we implement and deliver our services to how we lead, manage and develop our people. All of which assures good practice and a quality approval process that’s the cornerstone of our values.
We’re not a big business with a huge carbon footprint but we take energy use seriously and monitor legislative changes and initiatives to ensure early compliance with government environmental directives. Wherever possible we endeavour to travel to client sites via public transport and make use of email and conference calls to reduce the environmental impact of everything we do. Our office, based in Long Hanborough near Oxford, is within walking distance of the railway station and our policy is that office-based staff should be local. We recycle whatever we can and have policies in place to reduce the generation of paper.
At The Consultancy Company we’re committed to keeping our client information confidential. We won’t reveal sensitive information and limit information access only to those that need it. As you’d expect, we’re experienced at working under confidentiality clauses and non-disclosure agreements. Our security standards are exemplary. We encrypt all customer information, regularly change passwords and are happy to adopt any data security process requested by our customers. Some clients are keen to obtain publicity for the improvements they have made. In such cases we only ever release information into the public domain with their prior written agreement. As you review our case studies keep in mind we may have worked with clients who have experienced issues similar to you. While reluctant to make their details public, we may be able to connect you directly to share their learning.
