Best-fit distribution provider

"What we most valued was the opportunity to model alternatives and their different cost implications and benefits. The consultants also had an impressive knowledge of the third-party logistics market." John Davis, Jenks Sales Brokers

Jenks, a major sales & marketing company operating on behalf of consumer goods companies, wished to change their third party distributor provider as they were not meeting their service requirements. The Consultancy Company helped them model alternative solutions and recommended a switch from shared user to a dedicated solution; identifying potential service providers and managing a tender process. The result was the selection of a more appropriate provider able to achieve a higher and more consistent service level for the same cost.
