She has successfully transferred skills gained in the Private sector, to the Public sector, in particular, Primary Care Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities and Local Authorities. Broad ranging senior level management, consultancy and interim management roles have encompassed service strategy and policy development, project management, service re-design and business documentation design and production. Bonnie believes that performance improvement can only be achieved by taking a holistic approach. Frank, Principal Healthcare Consultant, is a highly experienced management consultant who has an excellent track record in helping client organisations identify and resolve performance issues. Within the NHS, he has worked with a variety of both Health Authorities and Trusts to devise tailored solutions to meet diverse needs. He has particular experience within the Primary Care and Mental Health sectors where he has worked with clinicians and managers to develop team effectiveness and to improve patient care. He is a highly skilled workshop facilitator. He is also a Non Executive Director of Vale of Aylesbury Primary Care Trust. Outside the NHS, Frank has worked with a wide range of private and public sector clients in a variety of market sectors.
