Frank, Principal Healthcare Consultant, is a highly experienced management consultant who has an excellent track record in helping client organisations identify and resolve performance issues. Within the NHS, he has worked with a variety of both Health Authorities and Trusts to devise tailored solutions to meet diverse needs. He has particular experience within the Primary Care and Mental Health sectors where he has worked with clinicians and managers to develop team effectiveness and to improve patient care.
