Health and social care services are facing the challenge of finding significant efficienty savings as a result of the Comprehensive Spending Review in October 2010 and, at the same time, implement profound change.

Acute Services must continue to improve their operational effectiveness and increase the quality of the patient experience whilst managing the risks that these changes include. GP commissioning and the redesign of services to deliver them more closely to the patient needs careful planning, confident and competent delivery and leadership of the highest quality. Social care re-design, in line with the Government's 'Putting People First' programme, is challenging local authorities and health services to work more closely together. In order to achieve sustainable continuous improvement, we look to change mindsets and behaviour as well as introducing tools and techniques.

Project Management

No project is completed successfully without expert and experienced project management. We have PRINCE2 qualified consultants and also have our own project management methodology, ProAct ©. This is an experience-driven project management methodology as well as a product in its own right. Whichever route is taken, clients know that projects will be delivered on time, on cost and with the required outcomes.
