Bournemouth Borough Council is a Unitary Authority charged with delivering challenging government targets for reducing homelessness.  Although partners were instrumental in agreeing a homelessness strategy there were concerns that historic behaviours and practices would diminish the successful delivery of the strategic aims. Our public sector consultants assisted the council in changing the culture of the organisation to deliver a more person centred approach to preventing homelessness. Read more
