The Consultancy Company currently operates with a team of more than 40 full-time management consultants based in offices in Oxford and Warrington, supporting clients through the provision of world-class management consultancy services both in the UK and internationally.
We have a unique organisational structure in our market-place. This structure is collaborative and yet gives individual consultants a great deal of freedom in how they choose to focus their energy in supporting the development of the practice and it's offering. Due to their proven corporate expertise and experience 
before coming into consultancy, nobody is trying to prove their personal worth and having passed a rigorous 7 stage assessment process to join the practice our consultants are empowered to focus their energies on delivering successful projects for our clients.
