We provide structure and quality systems that enable our management consultants to command fees commensurate with larger specialist consultancies.
We are a different kind of management consultancy. We empower all our consultants to win, develop and deliver quality work to clients. We work together in partnership, and the only limits to achievement and earnings are those set by each consultant.

- Substantial broad experience at a senior level or as a consultant.
- A demonstrable track record as a problem solver, with the sensitivity to implement effectively in difficult situations.
- Superior ability to communicate and influence people.
- An open and enquiring mind and evidence that you can make things happen.
- The desire and motivation to make a successful career in consultancy.
In addition to these personal qualities we are looking for individuals with a proven senior level of operational or consultancy expertise in one of our three main markets; Health & Social Care, Government & Local Communities or Industry & Supply.
